About Me

Personal

Born and Raised in the Chicago suburbs. I moved to Virginia in 2002. After other moves to Alabama and Florida beginning in 2005, I have been a Virginia resident since 2007. I now consider Virginia my home. I made the move to Clarke County, VA in 2017 when I decided to become a homeowner.

I believe it's the duty of every citizen to become involved in the community and take an active hand in civic participation. To that end, I've made an effort to increase my civic activity. Especially since becoming employed in a profession that does not require frequent extended travel. And also especially since becoming a homeowner, which I believe strengthens my commitment to the local community.

Professional

Actively employed in the field of Cyber-security since 1997. I've done hands on system administration as well as oversight of system compliance operations. I also served as an instructor for Adult Education in Role-Based training for cyber-security.
